They bought the last undeveloped lot in their neighborhood to build the home they had always wanted. They designed everything themselves—we spent a year of Sundays together figuring out the details. He found inspiration for the tower in a newspaper photo. She is committed to her heritage and Feng Shui, so we designed a layout and subtle features to reflect Feng Shui harmony, and adapted the construction calendar to special times and ceremonial days.

The Modern Mediterranean influence is seen in the stucco walls, low-pitched tile roof, arches and curves, balcony, terrace, arcade, and ornamental details and flourishes including decorative railings, ornamental iron work, and stonework.
