Caribbean Colonial

His two priorities were a happy wife and a short schedule. She loves the changes to her coastal home. We added a cabana bath, rose garden, water feature, outdoor kitchen, and entrance gates; remodeled the indoor kitchen and one bathroom; made significant changes to the landscaping, driveway, and electric; and removed one of the pools. We made his timeline thanks to good relationships with the town, an active architect, and creative planning.

The Caribbean Colonial style is represented in the hipped tiled roof, stucco walls, and divided-glass shuttered windows.
